MCC Additional Commissioner B.N. Veena releases study book ‘Muktabhandara’
Mysore/Mysuru: “Continuous studies holds key for achieving success in competitive exams in this highly competitive world,” said MCC Additional Commissioner B.N. Veena.
She was speaking at the valedictory of the 50-day coaching class for UPSC Civil Services and KPSC competitive exams organised by KSOU Competitive Exams Coaching Centre at Cauvery auditorium in Muktagangothri campus here recently.
Observing that the aspirants are already aware about how to prepare for the exams, Veena lauded the KSOU Coaching Centre for guiding the candidates in the best way.
Highlighting that the candidates will develop more interest by considering a successful individual as a role model during preparations, she said she always considered the first IPS woman officer of the country Kiran Bedi as her role model.

“Now, I have got a chance to serve the society just as Kiran Bedi,” she said and called upon the aspirants to make best use of the training they got in this coaching class.
Commercial Taxes Department Mysuru Division Joint Commissioner M. Balasubramanya, who also spoke, said competitive exams are like a long distance journey.
Maintaining that hard work and efforts are important while preparing for any competitive exam, he advised the aspirants to make notes of what they read.
Emphasising on the need for going through past question papers and review them, Balasubramanya said the aspirants can choose their own way of study.
Explaining the importance of developing communication skills, he hoped the participants must have learnt a lot from this coaching class and wished them all success.
On the occasion, Veena released ‘Muktabhandara’, the study book brought out by KSOU Coaching Centre.
KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sharanappa V. Halse too spoke. KSOU Registrar Prof. S.K. Naveen Kumar, Dean (Academics) Prof. Ramanatham Naidu, Coaching Class Co-ordinator Jainahalli Sathyanarayanagowda, Siddesh Honnur, Ganesh K.G. Koppal and others were present.
