Court stays malicious campaign against Mysore Palace Board, Dy. Director

Mysore/Mysuru: A city Court has granted a stay on attempts to malign the reputation of Mysore Palace Board and its Deputy Director (DD), with negative publicity.

According to a legal notice issued by Advocate C.S. Lokesh, baseless allegations are being made against Mysore Palace Board and its Deputy Director T.S. Subramanya, along with defamatory statements, which are all far from truth. “My client has filed a suit (Original Suit No. 1135/ 2024) in this regard at Principal Civil Judge Court (Junior Division), which has granted a stay on media including visual media, print and individuals, from indulging in any negative publicity against Mysore Palace Board and the DD”, the legal notice added.
