CPR Training Programme held for Rotaractors

Mysuru: A CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Training Programme was conducted for Rotaractors of Chamundi Zone at NIE First Grade College in city recently.

Rotaract NIE First Grade College and Rotaract Mysore South East hosted the event.

The event was led by IPP Rtr. Rtn. R. Prajwal, Zonal Rotaract Representative of Chamundi Zone, Rotaract District 3181.

The CPR Programme Session was taken by Dr. Divya Shree of University of Mysore and Satya Raj, Zonal Manager & Senior Trainer of Jeeva Raksha Mysore.

More than 60 Rotaractors were part of the CPR Training Session. CPR is an emergency life-saving procedure performed when the heart stops beating. Immediate CPR can double or triple the chances of survival  after cardiac arrest.
