D.V. Narasimha Rao Memorial Lecture

Desirazu family, in association with the Institution of Engineers-India (IEI), Mysuru Local Centre, has organised D.V. Narasimha Rao Memorial Lecture on ‘High Rise Buildings – Overview’ at S.P. Bhat Hall in IEI premises on JLB Road in city on May 18 at 6 pm. D.V. Narasimha Rao was the last Chief Engineer of Mysore State Railway and one of the Founders of NIE Mysuru.

Dr. Raghavendra Prasad, Civil Structural Engineer and Founder-Managing Director, Bhamy’s Group of Companies, will be the guest speaker. Dr. R. Deepu, Chairman, IEI Mysuru, will preside. Prof. D.S. Ramakrishna Rao, grandson of D.V. Narasimha Rao and Trustee, DVN Memorial, will be present.
