MCC Opposition leader urges to register case

Mysuru: Leader of the Opposition in the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC), B.V. Manjunath, has urged to register criminal case against the suspended employee Mahadevu and his assistant for stealing diesel from the MCC vehicle and also seize the vehicle used for the crime besides registering a case on the owner of the vehicle.

Manjunath said that he took up the issue at the MCC Council meeting held on Dec.27 and had even showed the video of diesel being stolen from the MCC vehicle.

MCC Commissioner K.H. Jagadeesha said that MCC employee Mahadevu and his assistant who was involved in the diesel theft have been suspended, Manjunath added.
