Prohibitory orders around exam centres

Mysore/Mysuru: With the D-CET (Diploma CET) exam scheduled to take place tomorrow (Nov. 14), the City Police have issued prohibitory orders (6 am to 6 pm) in 200 mts radius around all the seven exam centres in the city tomorrow.

The exam centres are as follows: Sarada Vilas PU College in Krishnamurthypuram, MMK& SDM PU College in Krishna-murthypuram, Gopalaswamy PU College near Nanjumalige in Lakshmipuram, Government PU College for Girls at People’s Park in Nazarbad, Government PU College on Anikethana Road in Kuvempunagar, SBRR Mahajana PU College in Jayalakshmipuram and Government PU College at Manchegowdanakoppal.

Accordingly, barring the exam staff and students, no unauthorised person will be allowed entry to the centres. Also, all photocopy shops in the vicinity have been ordered to shut down for the day.

Meanwhile, the first day exam of the two-day PG-CET (Post-Graduate CET) for admission to M.Tech/ ME/ MCA/ MBA/M. Arch Courses in Karnataka was held today (Nov. 13) in the seven centres.

NDA exam

With the NDA (2) (National Defence Academy) exam to be conducted by the UPSC to take place tomorrow (Nov. 14), the City Police have issued prohibitory orders in 200 mts radius around all the four exam centres in city tomorrow.

Accordingly, barring the exam staff and candidates, no unauthorised person will be allowed entry in the vicinity  of the centres.

Also, all photocopy shops in the vicinity have been ordered to shut down for the day, according to a press release.
