Dr. Shivarajkumar musical event on July 21, 22

City’s Dr. Rajkumar Musical Group will be organising a two-day musical event titled ‘Dr. Shivarajkumar Hits’ on July 21 and 22 at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha from 5 pm to 9.30 pm. The event has been organised to celebrate  the 63rd birthday of Dr. Shivarajkumar and also to commemorate his completion of 40 years in the film industry.

Singers Mysore Jayaram, T.V.S. Kumar, Chandrashekar, Ramdas, Anand, Vishwanath, Srinivas, Chandan, Tejaswini and Anitha will be rendering select 80 songs from 125 movies of Shivarajkumar on the occasion. Sri Ilai Alwar Swamiji, senior theatre person Rajashekar Kadamba, senior journalist Amshi Prasanna Kumar, art patron Prakashanna and artiste Raghavendra will be lighting the lamp to inaugurate the programme on July 21. On July 22, Dr. Rajkumar fans will light the lamp to inaugurate the day’s programme. Entry is free.
