Duplicate PU marks card for students in flood hit areas

Bengaluru: The Department of PU Education has come to the rescue of the students who have lost their PU marks cards in the recent floods in the State by deciding to issue duplicate marks cards.

In an order issued in that context, the Department has asked the affected students to submit an application to the respective Deputy Director of PU Education (DDPUE) for getting a duplicate marks card. The last date for admission to 1st PUC in flood-hit areas has been extended till Aug.23. Committees  have been constituted to improve the infrastructure in education in the affected areas to be headed by the respective DDPUE with five Principals of Government and private colleges as members, according to the order.
