Sri Durga Nruthya Academy Charitable Trust will be conducting Durga Nruthyotsava-2019, a national-level Bharatanatyam programme at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road  tomorrow (Sept. 14). About 150 artistes from various parts of the country will be taking part.  The programme will be inaugurated by Pejawar Mutt Seer Sri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji at 6pm. Natyacharya Prof. K. Ramamurthy Rao, Chethana Radhakrishna, Dr. C. Raghavendra Prasad, Dr. Raghuram Vajpayee, Kannada and Culture Assistant Director H. Chennappa and Manjula Shivaprasad will be present.  A Bharatanatyam performance titled ‘Nruthyavarthana’ will be presented by the 2017 prize winning team from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm. At the prize distribution ceremony, Arpitha Pratap Simha, Suresh Bharadwaj, K. Venkataraman and Amarnath Bhandari will be chief guests. Mysuru Zilla Brahmana Sangha President D.T. Prakash will preside.
