Mysore/Mysuru: A travels company in city has been accused of cheating many persons to the tune of Rs. 52.55 lakh after promising them Europe tour.

The travels company, located on D. Devaraj Urs Road, had rolled out many schemes, promising their customers a tour of Europe and had collected Rs. 52.55 lakh from March 2015 till April 30, 2018 from many persons but did not take them on the tour.

Based on the complaint from Chandrashekar, a resident of Banashankari in Bengaluru and his friends, Devaraja Police, who have registered a case against travels company owner S. Ravindra, his wife M.R. Pushpa, son R. Chethan and daughter R. Archana, are investigating.
