Srivatsa presides, 11 am; Legal Awareness Programme, Principal District and Sessions Court Judge and DLSA Chairman Ravindra Hegde inaugurates, Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra auditorium, old JSS Hospital premises, 2 pm.
