It was a very pleasant surprise for us today when myself and my wife visited the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) in Metagalli Post Office, Mysuru, by an appointment at 2.30 pm. We were there by 1.45 pm; the actual work on our applications started by 2.15 pm and by 2.35 pm the complete process was over and we came out of the Office.
The officers were very cooperative and helpful and the whole experience was awesome. Thanks to them and let other government offices learn from them how to impart good service to the public.

Why other district people cannot take appointment in Mysore PSK , very strange
I am from Holenarsipura Hassan (Dist) , I want to apply my 2 mints infant baby’s passport , I wanted to apply in Mysore itself because my wife staying in her mother’s house she gave birth in Mysore itself so i thought it’s easy to apply in Mysore but not accepting appoint in Mysore because our permanent address is Hassan District . It’s not good
