Recently I had been to RTO Mysuru-West Office regarding Transfer of Ownership of my vehicle. Many a time, elaborate procedures at government offices can be very strenuous to the general public, especially senior citizens.
I observed that the whole process at RTO Office is streamlined and the officials concerned are very responsive, polite and approachable. More specifically, I interacted with Madhura, Office Superintendent, at the reception, who was very cordial, caring and gave a patient hearing to my needs and guided me through the whole documentation process. My worries seemed misplaced.
I was under the impression that this was a one-off experience, but I was pleasantly surprised when another senior citizen friend of mine, Padma Uthappa also shared her similar experience at the same RTO Office. It is a great sign that the staff are so perceptive and service-oriented to the general public, especially the elderly.
I would like to thank the staff at the RTO West for such a pleasant experience. May their tribe increase.
