The Department of Kannada and Culture has invited applications from candidates who have completed M.Phil and Ph.D for obtaining financial assistance for publication of their theses. Candidates who have received M.Phil degree for their thesis (written in Kannada language) on any subjects and Ph.D holders for their thesis (written in Kannada language) from Universities, in the academic year 2019-20, are eligible to apply for financial aid.

Kannada non-fiction works published between January 2019 and December 2019 (first edition) are also considered. For publication of M.Phil and Ph.D theses, applications should be submitted through Seva Sindhu portal.
