Mysore/Mysuru: Alleging that people of a Bengaluru firm, who had taken charge of Dr. M. Dejamma Mahaveer School maintenance, had forged the signature of the School Secretary and transferred Rs. 40.45 lakh to another Bank account, the School Administrative Officer has lodged a complaint against 11 persons at V.V. Puram Police Station.

School Administrative Officer H.N. Chayabai, 36, in her complaint, has stated that School Head Roopa Hunagund, who is also the Secretary, had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bengaluru’s Gnanaviraksha Global Business Solution LLP (GVGLLP) on May 18, asking GVGLLP to maintain the School for the year 2022-23. Roopa is presently staying in the USA.

But the staff of GVGLLP, without bringing to the notice of the Secretary, took the cheques kept in the cabin of Roopa, forged her signature and transferred Rs. 40.54 lakh to another Bank account, the complaint stated and added that based on the instructions of Roopa from the USA, Chayabai has lodged a complaint against GVGLLP President, Directors Ravindran Kishore, Ravindran Hyandi Velayudhan, Shankar Nayar Usha, Raghavendra Raksha, employees Baby, M.R.
