Mysuru: A formal Dasara invite will be extended to Rajamata Pramoda Devi Wadiyar tomorrow.

District in-charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, Mayor M.J. Ravikumar, DC D. Randeep and others will visit the Mysore Palace tomorrow at 4 pm to extend a formal invitation.

Meanwhile, DC Randeep who released the Dasara invitation here this morning, said that renowned Poet Nissar Ahmed will inaugurate Dasara atop the Chamundi Hill on Sept. 21 at 8.45 am. Chief Minister Siddharamaiah, District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, Ministers Tanveer Sait, Umashree, Priyank Kharge and Rudrappa Manappa Lamani, Deputy Chairman of Legislative Council Marithibbegowda and others  will be present. MLA G.T. Devegowda will preside.

On the same evening CM Siddharamaiah will inaugurate the cultural evening at Mysore Palace in the presence of Speaker K.B. Koliwad, Legislative Council Chairman D.H. Shankaramurthy and other dignitaries.
