Mysuru: G Square, the leading real estate developer of South India, has achieved a new milestone with the launch of G Square Alchemy on 80 feet road, New Kantharaj Urs Road, Rajarajeshwari Nagar in the city.
Within a mere 56 hours of its launch, 230 plots of the total 264 premium plots developed in Phase 1 have been booked, realising a turnover of Rs. 150 crore. The market value of the land at Rajarajeshwari Nagar is Rs. 7,000 per square feet, but G Square is offering the plots at Rs. 4,999 per square feet. It has met with an overwhelming response, encouraging to open bookings for Phase 2 of project.
The residential plots are offered under G Square Alchemy Plug and Play premium with the complete approval of Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), promising a legal clarity and hassle-free ownership for those willing to buy the houses and the investors.
The Phase 1 of the project developed on 41-acre area includes 264 well-planned plots, ranging from 838 square feet to 3,875 square feet and has been designed at the totally developed township. The residents can look for enjoying over 35 world class basic amenities, including 24×7 security, black top roads, underground drainage, uninterrupted water supply and modernised sewage treatment plant (STP).
