Mysore/Mysuru: In a tragic incident, a teenaged girl student was killed after the two-wheeler she was riding crashed into a drainage protective wall on Ring Road in city.

The deceased has been identified as Suhani Singh (17), a resident of Hinkal. Suhani was returning home on her scooter (KA-05-KG-9326), after dropping her sister Shubhangi Singh at GSSS College on KRS Road on the morning of Dec.14, when her two-wheeler crashed into the protective wall of a drainage along the Ring Road near BEML Quarters. Due to the impact of the crash, Suhani Singh sustained severe head injuries, following which she was being rushed to a hospital, when she died midway, it is learnt. V.V. Puram Traffic Police have registered a case.
