Mysuru:  In a reported incident, a 23-year-old housewife ended life by hanging self at her residence in Bogadi late last night. Akshata (23), wife of Mahesh, an electrician and a resident of Bogadi, is the deceased.

Domestic disharmony is said to because of her extreme step. The couple had a 3-year-old child.

Soon as the incident came to light this morning, Akshata’s husband Mahesh and her mother-in-law, after bringing down the body, are said to have fled from the house along with the child. Saraswathipuram Police have registered a case and are investigating.
