Illegal LPG refilling: One held

Mysuru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) Police and the officials of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, in a joint operation on Aug. 19, raided a house on Annamma Temple Road 3rd Cross in Gandhinagar where illegal LPG refilling was going on.

They have arrested one person beside seizing three LPG cylinders and refilling equipment from the house.

The arrested has been identified as Syed Zameer, a resident of Gandhinagar here.

DCP Dr. Vikram V. Amathe supervised the operation. CCB ACP C. Gopal led the team that included Inspector R. Jagadeesh, SI M.J. Jayasheelan, ASI K. Vijay and staff in the raid.
