Speaking after inaugurating a function online to felicitate doctors and pharmacists at Sarada Vilas College of Pharmacy here recently, he said the role of pharmacists and scientists was very important in drug research. Corona Warriors were doing yeomen service to the society especially at a time when the pandemic has gripped the entire world. Felicitating achievers in the medical field is a good development, he added.

Former MLC C.H. Vijayashankar said that experts have opined that doing yoga and pranayama will help to prevent Coronavirus. None should be afraid of this pandemic though it has spread to the whole nation in the last six months. The services of Corona Warriors are very important to prevent it, he added.

Government Ayurvedic Research Centre-Mysuru Assistant Director Dr. Lakshminarayana Shenoy, Pharmacists Govardhan and C.V.
