JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Ooty Road, Mysuru is celebrating Twelfth Graduates’ Day tomorrow (Dec. 9) at 3 pm in the Golden Jubilee Hall of the college. Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. Dr. S. Ayyappan, Chancellor, Central Agricultural University, Imphal, Manipur State, will be addressing the new Graduates. Dr. C.G. Betsurmath, Executive Secretary, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, will preside. The students of the college who have passed undergraduate degree and postgraduate degree examinations in the year 2018-19 are eligible to participate. A total of 871 graduates including 428 Undergraduates and 443 Postgraduates, of which 470 ladies are expected to take part in this programme. In all, 62 toppers will be honoured on this occasion. The graduates are informed to register themselves before 1.45 pm on Dec.9 and attend the function, according to a press release from Prof. B.V. Sambashivaiah, Chief Executive and Prof. M. Mahadevappa, Principal of the College.
