K.G. Prakash (74), former Translator at Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS), Mysuru, passed away this morning at his residence in city.

He leaves behind his brother K.G. Satish, Director of The Graduate’s Co-operative Bank, one sister and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this evening, according to family sources.
