Mysore/Mysuru: The Karnataka Housing Board (KHB) has issued notification for allotment of Civic Amenities (CA) sites located at various KHB layouts in the State.
According to advertisements published in National and State- level newspapers today, a total of 373 sites are up for allocation throughout Karnataka.
In Mysuru, the KHB has notified a total of 15 CA sites located at Nanjangud (2), T. Narasipur (4), Rajapura, Periyapatna taluk (2), Hootagalli (2) and Chamalapura in Nanjangud taluk (5); 10 sites in Mandya district located at Chikkamandya (7), Chamanahalli (1), Chikkonahalli, KR Pet taluk (1) and Srirangapatna (1); 4 sites in Kodagu district, all located at Mullusoge, Kushalnagar; 8 sites in Chamarajanagar district located at Panjanahalli, 1st phase, Gundlupet (6), Therakanabi, Gundlupet (1) and New stadium land, Chamarajanagar town (1) and 18 sites in Hassan district located at Channapatna – Hassan (6), Salagame (1), Chittanahalli, Holenarasipur (2), Gandasi, Arasikere (2), Arakalagud (4), Sakaleshpur (1) and D. Kalenahalli, Channarayapatna (2).
The online registration and e-payment of registration fees will be open from June 1 to 30. Interested buyers can visit www.khb.karnataka.gov.in for details of the CA sites or contact Ph: 080-22273511, extn: 307/309.
According to the notification, the registration fee for the CA sites measuring less than 1,000 sq.ft. is Rs. 2,500 with an initial deposit of Rs. 25,000; Rs. 5,000 registration fee and Rs. 50,000 initial deposit for site measuring between 1,000 sq.ft. and less than 2,000 sq.ft, Rs. 7,500 registration fees and Rs. 75,000 initial deposit for sites measuring between 2,000 sq.ft. and less than 4,000 sq.ft. and Rs. 10,000 registration fees and Rs. 1 lakh initial deposit for sites measuring 4,000 sq.ft. or more.
It may be mentioned that CM Siddaramaiah, after laying foundation stone for India’s second-largest international cricket stadium, developed by KHB at Suryanagar in Anekal on May 23, had instructed the KHB officials to immediately auction all unallocated vacant sites and generate funds for the Housing Board.
