Shreyas (five for 21 & 100) and a century by Nithesh Kumar (121, 9x4s, 5x6s), helped Mysore University Colleges Sports Council (MUCSC) to register a facile innings & 72-run win over Sri Krishna Rajendra Sports Club, KR Nagar, in the KSCA Mysuru Zone I Division league match played at JSS-SJCE grounds here recently.

Scores: SKRSC 141 in 49 overs (Ganesh 57, N. Shreyas five for 21, N.J. Gowtham two for 39, Abhinoam Jacob two for 26) & 140 in 46overs (Ravikumar 52, Prasanth 29, Thyagaraj 24, Surendra Prasad five for 34, Abhinoam Jacob two for 40) lost to MUCSC 353 for four decl. in 72 overs (Nithesh Kumar 121, Shreyas 100, Vishnu 53, K. Arun 50 n.o, G. Prasanth two for 70).

FUCC 197 in 78.3 overs (M.N. Naveen Kumar 39, P. Ramesh 29, K.Vinay  Kumar 21, Madan Mohan five for 66, Syed Mod. Harshan two for 66, R. Lokesh two for 14) bt Mohan’s XI 54 in 34.2 overs (Lokesh 21, A. Sibtain Ali five for 18, Kavin Gautham three for 22) & 84 in 36.2  overs (B. Mohith 35, M.A. Aquib Khan five for 34, S. II Division: Star CC, Chamarajanagar 73 in 20 overs (C.M. Mallesh 31, M.N. Sachin six for 23, S. Nishanth Yadav two for nine) lost to Professional CC 77 for two in 14.2 overs (S. Nishanth Yadav 31 n.o, Sanjay 20, Abhuzar Khan two for 28).

YMCC 53 in 24.2 overs (S. Bharath seven for 19, Raghu three for nine)lost to Jawahar’s CC 54 for no loss in 6.3 overs (Raghu 23 n.o.).

III Division: FCC 49 in 21 overs (Manoj four for 18, Punith three  for 21, N. Nirmith two for four) lost to RBNCC ‘B’ 50 for two in 8.4 overs (S.P. Manjunath 29, G. Prasanna two for 20).
