M.B. Nijaguna (79), a resident of Lakshmipuram in city, passed away here yesterday.

Daughter of the city’s Guru Sweet Mart Founder late M. Basavanna and Kempananjamma couple and wife of Nagarle S. Mahalinganna, she leaves behind two sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed on Friday evening.
