Marking the 77th birthday of Mysuru District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Maddikere Gopal, the city’s Maddikere Gopal Abhimanigala Balaga has planned to bring out a collection of poems titled ‘Kannada Vaibhava,’ for which it has invited entries (poems) from interested poets. The poems, not exceeding 20 lines, must be self-composed focussing on Kannada land, language and culture. The entries must be addressed to Ranganath Mysore, Editor, ‘Kannada Vaibhava’ collection of poems, No. 75, E-Block, 15th Cross, J.P. Nagar, Mysuru – 570008.

Likewise, entries (poems) are also invited for bringing out a collection of poems titled ‘Snehasheela,’ focussing on the personality, friendliness, Kannada cause and other personality features of Maddikere Gopal.
