Mahendracharya (76), Vice- President of Sri Kalikamba Temple on K.T. Street, passed away yesterday in city.

He leaves behind his wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning.
