Man cheats many by promising jobs abroad

Mysuru:  A complaint has been lodged at Hebbal Police Station against a man for cheating many people in city by promising them jobs in Kuwait and receiving money from them. Complaint has been lodged against Vijay, proprietor of Jain Enterprises on M.G. Koppal Main Road at Hebbal 1st Stage in city and the complainant is Sukesh, a resident of Hebbal.

Sukesh has accused Vijay of taking Rs.80,000 and his passport from him for getting him a job at Kuwait but did not get him a job nor returned his money. Sukesh, in his complaint, has also stated that Vijay has closed his office and has gone absconding.

Based on the complaint, when the Hebbal Police went to Jain Enterprises and was conducting mahazar on Tuesday, many people came to the spot and told the Police that they too have been cheated by Vijay.

Hebbal Police, who have registered a case, have launched a hunt to nab the accused.
