Noted actor and theatre artiste Mandya Ramesh has been selected for the ‘Rangakanmani’ award instituted by Udupi Rangabhoomi Trust. The award will be presented to Ramesh during the 40th State-level ‘Natakotsava’ to be organised by the trust at MGM College in Udupi on Jan. 4 and 5 which would also feature the release of the commemorative volume ‘Kalanjali’. Scholar Dr. Bannanje Govindacharya, Minister Kota Srinivasa Pujari and MGM College Principal M.G. Vijaya would be the chief guests.
