ManMUL Director injured in road accident

Pandavapura: A Director of Mandya District Co-operative Milk Producers Society (Mandya Milk Union Limited — ManMUL) has sustained serious injuries in a road accident between his car and KSRTC bus near Melukote in the taluk.

The seriously injured ManMUL Director is Kadenahalli Ramachandra. A KSRTC bus taken on contract was proceeding from Melukote side and the car of Ramachandra was coming from Jakkanahalli side, when they collided head-on near Melukote resulting in Ramachandra and his driver sustaining serious injuries.

Local leaders Balaramegowda and Shekar, who rushed to the spot, shifted Ramachandra and his driver to a hospital in Mysuru. The car has been badly damaged due to the impact and bus passengers have escaped unhurt. Melukote Police have seized both the vehicles.
