Mask Day was observed by Zone-4 of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) by taking out an awareness rally and by distributing masks for free. Corporators SBM Manju, Bhagya Madesh, Vedavathi Ravindra, Zone-4 Assistant Commissioner Priyadarshini, DO Yoganand, ARO Satish Prasad, Zone Engineers, Health Inspectors, Revenue Inspectors and all staff took part in the programme.

I guess these Mysoreans in the photo, and indeed Indians in general have weird practice of congregating in a group to draw attention to something, particularly, if it is a minister, corporator any one who think themselves , superior to ordinary citizens, of which there are plenty in independent India, 2020! The rules applied to ordinary citizens DO NOT apply to them, again thanks to independent India, 2020!
