Seshadripuram Degree  College, Mysuru, won Overall Championship in Mysore University Inter-Collegiate  Weightlifting Competition for Men & Women held at Sports Pavilion here in November.


Men Section – 55-kg Category: M. Jeevan – Gold Medal; Sathish – Silver; 61-kg: Guru Kiran – Silver; Abhishek Jha – Bronze; 67-kg: B.S. Pavan – Silver; 73-kg: Dhanush – Gold; 89-kg: Deekshith Gowda – Gold; Prathamesh Balram  – Bronze; 102-kg: Ramario Richard Titus – Gold; 109-kg: B. M. Sathya Raju – Gold; +109-kg: Ganesh Surya – Gold.

Women Section – 45-kg: Sinchana – Gold; 49-kg: Lavanya Bhat – Gold; Harshita – Silver; 55-kg: Ananya – Silver; 64-kg: D. Niveditha – Gold; 76-kg: R. Inchara – Gold; +87-kg: Meghana – Gold.

D. Nivedith of Seshadripuram Degree College, Mysuru, was awarded Best Weightlifter in Women’s Section.

Seshadripuram Degree College, Mysuru, won the Men Overall Championship with 41 points and Women Overall Championship with 31 points.
