Musical tributes to KBG at BVB Mysuru Kendra

BVB Mysuru Kendra in Vijayanagar 1st Stage paid musical tributes to K.B. Ganapathy (KBG), former Chairman, BVB Mysuru Kendra and Founder-Editor of Star of Mysore and Mysuru Mithra who passed away on July 13, during the 146th Cultural Programmes jointly organised by BVB Bengaluru Kendra and Infosys Foundation. BVB Mysuru Kendra Chairman Prof. C. Naganna, Hon. Secretary P.S. Ganapathy, Treasurer Dr. A.T. Bhashyam, Executive Committee Members Dr.J.V. Gayathri, T.S. Gangadhar and B. Yogesh, BVB Principal S. Lekha Nair, Vice-Principal Prafullah Prasad and others were present. The dignitaries also offered floral tributes to the portrait of the KBG on the occasion. Following this, Vid. Dr. R.K. Padmanabha rendered a vocal concert. He was accompanied by Vid. C. Cheluvaraju (mridangam), Vidu. Sindhu Suchethan (violin), Vid. Abhishek and Vid. Anvik (veena).
