Mysore/Mysuru: Mysore English Theatre Forum (METF) will present ‘Page to Stage  – The First Edition of Mysuru English Theatre Festival’ from Dec. 12 to 14 at Jagannatha Centre for Art and Culture (JCAC) in Vijayanagar 1st Stage here. The schedule is as follows: 

Dec. 12 – 5 pm: Reading from Indian English Plays; Dec. 13 – 5 pm: Poetry reading; Dec. 14 – 5 pm: Reading from International English Plays; Open Mic performances at Nakshatra Amphitheatre (Entry is free).

The following plays will be staged during the 3-day festival:

Dec. 12 – 6.30 pm: Kalasuruchi will present the play Two Fathers; Script: Sundar Sarukkai; Direction: Badarinarayan.

Dec.13 – 6.30 pm: WeMove Theatre will present the play Who Killed Agatha?; Story: Rangaraj Bhatracharya? and Pavan Sharma; Stage Adaptation: Aditya Naik; Direction: Pavan Sharma.

Dec. 14 – 6.30 pm: The Actors Collective will present the play The Mahabharatha Project; Story  Ideation: Anshul Jhambani and P.I. Rajesh; Script & Direction: P.I. Rajesh.

Tickets are priced at Rs. 200 for each day and Rs. 500 for all 3 days.
