Mysuru City Corporation Clarifies

Mysuru: Following publication of news items in SOM’s WhatsApp Us column on various dates, the MCC has clarified on the following:

For the news item titled ‘Clear this blocked drains in Hanumanthanagar’ published on July 21, the MCC has clarified that garbage and wastes have been removed and the drains cleaned.

For the news item ‘MCC’s plastic talk on KRS Road’ published on July 27, the MCC has clarified that the slogan ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Plastic’ painted under the bridge near Mandovi Motors on KRS Road has been removed by applying fresh coat of paint on it.

For another news item titled ‘Garbage scattered on Gaganachumbi Double Road’ published on Aug. 6, the MCC has clarified that the garbage has been cleared and the place cleaned.

For the two news items titled ‘Garbage dumping, a bane on Nelson Mandela Road’ and ‘Overflowing garbage bin near Al-Badar Masjid’ published on Aug. 8, the MCC has clarified that garbage in both the places have been cleared and the places cleaned.
