Natana Rangotsava from Dec. 4 to 6

Natana Rangashale has organised a three-day ‘Natana Rangotsava’ from Dec. 4 to Dec. 6 at Natana Rangashale (Natana School of Theatre Arts), Ramakrishnanagar in city, during which internationally famed plays will be staged. Veteran Theatre artiste Rameshwari Varma will inaugurate the programme on Dec. 4 at 6 pm. Kannada and Culture Department Joint Director V.N. Mallikarjunswamy, Kannada and Culture Department Assistant Director H. Channappa and Natana Rangashale President K.S. Anand Kumar will be present. The play will be staged at 6.30 pm on all the three days.

On Dec. 4 and Dec. 5, play ‘Bhoomi,’ directed by Vinay Kumar will be staged by Adhishakthi troupe of Tamil Nadu.  On Dec. 6, the 750th show of ‘Mukhyamantri,’ a political satire drama in Kannada, with ‘Mukhyamantri’ Chandru in the lead role, which is translated to Kannada by T.S. Lohitashwa and directed by Dr. B.V. Rajaram will be staged by Kalagangothri troupe of Bengaluru. For details contact Mob: 72595-37777 or 94804-68327.
