Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. H.M. Nanjundaswamy, Professor and Head of Industrial and Production Engineering of P.E.S College of Engineering (P.E.S.C.E.), Mandya, took charge as the new Principal of P.E.S College of Engineering on Aug. 31, 2023.

Born on May 10, 1972 at Harohalli in Mysuru District, Dr. Nanjundaswamy with a multi-dimensional personality, has contributed about 26 years of rich Academic, Research and Administrative services to the overall development of the College.

He acquired his Bachelor’s degree from NIE, Mysuru, in Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech degree in Production also from NIE, Mysuru and Ph.D degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

He is the author of about 50 technical papers that were published in reputed International and National journals and Conference proceedings. So far, he has guided 4 Ph.Ds, 2 M.Sc (Engineering) by research and also presently he is guiding 4 Ph.Ds. 

Son of late Kali Manchaiah and late Madamma. Dr. Nanjundaswamy is a resident of Vijayanagar in Mysuru.
