No jab, no work: KSRTC Divisional Controller

May 29, 2021

Mysore/Mysuru: The Divisional Controller of  KSRTC Mysuru Division Srinivas  has taken a decision not to allow those drivers, who have not taken COVID vaccination, to drive the buses.

In a press release, he has said this rule was applicable to the staff members working in seven units of Rural Depot, Divisional Workshop, City Central Bus Stand and  Divisional Offices to compulsorily take COVID vaccination failing which they will not be allowed to work in their respective places of work.

Eight vaccination sites have been created for the sake of employees but many of them were hesitant to take the jab. They have remained outside the places of work without taking vaccination, he noted.
