M.J. Mahendra (92), retired Engineer and an inmate of Bapuji Ananda Ashram in Gokulam, passed away yesterday in city. He leaves behind his daughter, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill.
Vedambha (92), wife of late Sundrappa and a resident of LIC Colony in Srirampura, passed away yesterday. She leaves behind four sons including retired LIC Development Officer S. Nagesh Murthy, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at Veerashaiva Burial Grounds in Vidyaranyapuram today.
