The Water Tank Road in Vijayanagar is in a pathetic state with lot of pits and potholes throughout the stretch, especially the road connecting Vijayanagar Water Tank to Krishna Devaraya (KD) Circle is in a dilapidated condition.

It is causing lot of inconvenience to two and four-wheelers who commute daily via that road especially during night. It may lead to fatal accidents if it is not repaired immediately. It is in this present sorry state almost since more than a year.

No elected representative — either MP, MLA or Corporator — bothered to address this problem till today. This shows their callous attitude towards the problem.

Hence, I appeal to the local MP, MLA, Corporator and other authorities concerned to at least wake up now and get the road repaired at the earliest.
