A.V. Shruthi Raj has been awarded Ph.D in Economics by the University of Mysore (UoM) for his thesis ‘Finances of Urban Local Government in Karnataka: A Case Study of Mysuru City Corporation’ submitted under the guidance of        Dr. B.K. Tulasimala.
