The University of Mysore (UoM) has awarded Ph.D in Biotechnology to K.S. Balaji for his thesis “Isolation and Characterization of Plant Derived Lectins and Evaluation of their Anticancer Activity” submitted under the guidance of Dr. J. Shankar.

C. Ninganaika has been awarded Ph.D in Ancient History and Archaeology by the UoM for his thesis ‘Heggadadevanakote Talukina Devalayagala Kale Mattu Vastushilpa – Ondu Samskrutika Adhyayana’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. G. Kariyappa.

D. Kumara has been awarded Ph.D in History by the UoM for his thesis ‘Swathanth-ryapurva Hagu Swathanthryottara Bharatha Rashtra Nirmanadalli Dr. Babu Jagajivan Ram ravara Kodugegalu’ submitted under the guidance of Dr. K. Sadashiva.
