Poor response for transport strike

Mysuru:  The proposed nationwide transport strike opposing the amendments of Motor Vehicles Act received poor response in city this morning. KSRTC buses, lorries, autos and cabs were plying as usual.

Speaking to Star of Mysore, District Lorry Owners Association President Kodandaram said that they were not for the strike as the recent lorry strike had hit the transporters and public very badly. However, he opposed the proposed amendments.
