Power disruption in city on June 26 and 30

As Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) will be holding its 1st quarterly maintenance works at GIC Kalamandira Power Distribution Centre, there will be no power supply tomorrow (June 26) between 10 am and 6 pm in the following areas:

 Saraswathipuram 1st Main to 16th Main, New Kantharaj Urs Road, K.G. Koppal, University Quarters, Muslim Hostel, Vishwamanava Double Road, Kukkarahalli Lake Road, Paduvarahalli, DC Residence, Regional Commissioner’s Office, CFTRI Campus, Valmiki Road, Judge’s Quarters, Vontikoppal, Hunsur Main Road, Vagdevinagar, surrounding areas of SJCE, Chamaraja Mohalla, Zilla Panchayat (ZP) Office, Law Courts, Old DC’s Office, surrounding areas                                                  of Maharaja’s and Yuvaraja’s Colleges, D.D. Urs Road, Shivarampet, Dewan’s Road, Dhanvantri Road, surroundings of J.K. Grounds and JLB Road, Jayalakshmi Vilas Mansion, Maharaja’s Hostel, Geetha Road, Ramaswamy Circle and surrounding areas.

On June 30:As Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) will take up its quarterly maintenance works at Rajeevnagar and Devanur Power Distribution Centres, power supply will be disrupted on June 30 between 10 am and 5.30 pm in the following areas:

Rajeevnagar 2nd and 3 Stages, Christian Colony, Yasin Masjid, S. Layout, Suryanarayan Temple Road, Al-Badr Masjid Circle, Ambedkar Bhavan Road, Quba Masjid Circle, Narayana Hospital, Kamanakerehundi, KHB Layout, RTO East and surrounding areas.

Devanur Power Distribution Centre: Beedi Colony, Azeez Sait Nagar, Kesare Colony, Mahadevapura Main Road, Shaktinagar, Rajkumar Road, Kalyangiri, Akshay Bhandar, Rammanahalli, Kalisiddanahundi, Hanchya, Sathagalli, Galigarahundi, Nehrunagar, DTS Rao Nagar, Sathagalli B Zone, VTU College, Bharathnagar and  surrounding areas,  according to a press release from CESC Executive Engineer, N.R. Mohalla  and VV Mohalla Divisions.
