We senior citizens and ladies experience a lot of hardship to catch buses towards Ballal Circle and so on at RTO bus stop. There are two bus stops — one in front of the Petrol Bunk and other in the end of Vani Vilas Road.

Many buses coming from Ramaswamy Circle stop in front of Petrol Bunk while buses coming from Agrahara stop at Vani Vilas Road end. Suppose a person wants to go to Ramakrishnanagar, city bus number-61 stops at Petrol Bunk stop and 62 stops at Vani Vilas Road stop.

Sometimes one bus is full or the driver inadvertently does not stop and bus number-62 may be coming on its route. In such a situation, a senior man or a lady has to cross three roads — one Petrol Bunk entrance road, secondly Double Road left side road and thirdly, Double Road right side. Within that time, the bus might have gone. So we have to wait for another bus.

Hence, on behalf of the travelling public, we suggest to have just one bus stop 50 metres from the RTO junction.
