Rafi musical concert on Aug. 1

A musical concert of renowned yesteryears singer Mohammad Rafi’s songs will be presented by city-based singer Raghavendra Ratnakar and team at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road in the city on Aug. 1 at 6 pm. Singers Dr. Preetam Raghavendra and Shreshta K. Ragh will also take part. Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha President T.R. Harish, Hotelier M.K. Puranik, Dr. S. Shivarajappa, industrialist Ravigowda, social worker K. Raghuram, District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Maddikere Gopal, Writer Dr. Sougandhika V. Jois, Maharani’s College Principal Dr. B.V. Vasanth Kumar and faculty M. Nanjundaiah will be the chief guests.
