Karnataka State Safai Karmachari Commission Chairman M. Shivanna will be visiting Mysuru district on Jan. 5 and will be taking part in various programmes. Shivanna will hold discussions with Pourakarmikas and leaders at Hootagalli City Municipal Council (CMC) at 10 am. Later at 11 am he will hold a meeting with Officers at Hootagalli CMC and discuss about the problems faced by Pourakarmikas. At 12 noon, he will hold discussions about the allotment of residential houses constructed at Mysuru city and rural areas by Slum Board at Jaladarshini Guest House following which he will hold a meeting with leaders at 3 pm, according to a press release.
