Satyan Chawlla (47), a native of Ittigegud in city, who was residing at Muscat in Oman, passed away yesterday.

He leaves behind his mother, wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.

The body will arrive in Mysuru tonight and the last rites will be held tomorrow (Apr. 9) at 11 am at the foot of Chamundi Hill, according to family sources.
