Mysore/Mysuru: As part of Seva Saptah to mark PM Modi’s birthday, BJP Backward Classes Morcha had organised a bicycle rally in city yesterday. The rally was flagged off by Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister K.S. Eshwarappa near Gun House Circle in the presence of Social Welfare and Backward Classes Welfare Minister Kota Srinivas Poojari and MLA L. Nagendra. As PM Modi turned 71 this year, the rally consisting 71 bicycles passed through Ramanuja Road, M.G. Road and Sayyaji Rao Road to reach Kote Anjaneyaswamy Temple where a puja was performed. The rallyists again passed through same route and culminated at starting point.

Safai Karmachari Chairman M. Shivanna, MYLAC Chairman N.V. Phaneesh, BJP Backward Classes Morcha State President N.L. Narendra Babu, In-charge M.V. Ravishankar, Corporators B.V. Manjunath and Jagadish, BJP City President T.S. Srivatsa, Dist. President Mangala Somashekar and Dist. Backward Classes Morcha President Jogi Manju were present.
